Black screen connecting to RDP sessions

I'm having an issue with all my RDP connections opening with a back screen.
-Remote desktop manager 2.2
-Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 running Andoid 5.0.2
-Other RDP apps seem to work fine
-It does not appear to be a network resolution issue, i have tried connecting by host name and IP
-I have reinstalled remote desktop manager
-I have recreated my connections and tried playing with display and authention settings.

Thank you for your feedback.

An RDP connection with a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 has been tested on our side. We do get a black screen and after about 35 second
we can see the connection. We will investigate this back screen issue.

Have you tried to keep the black screen open to see if it eventually goes through ?
