After Disconnect - Prompt for session description

Looking for a way to require users enter a description of their activities that is entered into the logs after they disconnect from a host.

Hello,
Do you use an Advanced Data source? if so, in the "Log" tab of any session you will find Prompt for comment on close, and also Close comment is required.
Entry Types > Settings > Logs
