I have to monitors on my Mac Book. I cannot figure out how to setup an RDP session to use both monitors. Can you please point me in the right direction.

Hi,

Did you try to set the Display to Undocked, set the Remote Desktop size to Full screen and activate the "Use all monitors for the remote sessions"?

Hi,

Could you explain to me what is happening exactly?
How are your displays normally configured? (Are they mirrors, are you using scaled resolution or the default)
What version of Windows are you connecting to?

Best regards,

I have a MacBook connected to two Mac Displays. See attached for configuration. No Scaled, using default resolution. When I make an RDP connection to a Windows 10 machine it only uses on monitor.

We use a third party named FreeRDP for our Embedded/Undocked RDP session.
It seems like there are some issues with the Multi-monitors feature.
I'll check with them and update you with their status.

Hi Terry,

Benoit was on holiday this week and I'm not aware if he or the FreeRDP team came up with anything.

He'll be back Tuesday and should have a more accurate answer for you.

Hi Terry,

Unfortunately, the multi-monitor functionality is not supported on the Mac version. It's not a functionality that wasn't asked by our Mac users and the field was there to let you see what was selected in the Windows version. I took the time to look int what was needed to support this and it'S a lot of work.
We added your issue to our internal list and it will be prioritized.

Sorry about the inconvenience
