I would like to have a feature to add a “DEFAULT” email template, to the “ADD NEW ENTRY” component.
Right now you can only do “EMAIL ACCOUNT”
Attached is an OFT (Email template) and below is how I have set it up so it can work.
For the ENTRY - I would like to be able to populate:
- the USER NAME (maybe receive it from the LOGIN account from Devolution or you can input it)
- and the Incident Number.
If this possible to add for a feature item?
