Remote Desktop Manager not loading

I'm using the latest version of RDM free version as a test (be for purchasing) on my apple and it is not loading. Generally, I just have to wait and it times out and I can then click and it loads and opens. But now for the last two days it just sits and spins. I've times out, and tried again but it won't load. I have rebooted my macbook air but get the same issue. What can I do?

I use RMD so I can access the different VPS accounts for Amazon clients.

Hi,

We had a few users that experience some lag when the application starts.
It's an issue that will be fixed in the next version.

In the meantime, there is a setting that can be changed. Since you can't start the app, you will have to edit the configuration file manually.
Here is how to find the configuration file: Configuration File Location

The configuration file is an XML file, so use your favorite text editor to open it and add this line,
<EnableActionQueue>true</EnableActionQueue>,
before </option> tag

Best regards
