Protect Datasource with Yubikey

Would be really great to use multiple Yubikeys to protect Data Source.
We want to save the Data Source on a shared Drive or in a database but need to protect that file with multiple Yubikeys of all our colleagues.

Hi,
Currently the Yubikey is only for the application and not the data source. What type of data source do you use?

at the moment we use an xml file.
We need to protect the data source.
nobody should be able to open that file without a two factor authentication (eg. Yubikey)
