Hi, we recently upgraded from DVLS 2.5.2 to 3.0.2. Shouldn't there be a 2 factor section in the server settings? How to How to enable 2 factor authentication?

Hello, You need RDM 11.0.9.0 to activate the 2-factor authentication in the server settings. You can download this version here http://remotedesktopmanager.com/Home/Download What version of RDM are you using? What type of 2-factor authentication do you want to activate? Best regards,

Hello, On your server, launch RDM with administrator privileges and click on Tools -> Devolutions Server Console. Edit your DVLS instance.
You should see a Two-Factor section on your left to enable the 2-factor authentication.

Hello, Are you using the Small Business edition of Devolutions Server? If yes, the 2-factor authentication is not supported in that version http://server.devolutions.net/Home/FeaturesGrid Best regards,

Hi Jean-François, Yes we have the Small Business edition. That explains it then. I did see the Two-Factor option in an earlier build of rdm/dvls, but it would just revert to none when reopening server settings. Guess that was a bug.
