I had 2 factor auth enabled on my account with Google Authenticator and apparently I lost my phone today. Is there a way for me to get it to my account, I do not have a recent backup.
I have documented this just a few days ago, you will loose the data source definitions, but you simply have the register them again.
Customers that use Devolutions Server are provided free remote sessions for performing upgrades. Please send a request to the Devolutions Service Desk to get the process started.
You could also send us an email with the remotedesktopmanager.cfg file and we will reset it.
