Tab behavior similar to Chrome or Firefox

Please copy tab behavior from Chrome or Firefox, where new tabs are either squeezed to fit in one row, or horizontal scrolling for tabs are added.

As it is today, where a new tab row is added, this causes the viewing window size (height) be reduced, again causing e.g. RDP connections to be squeezed.
