SQL Database Maintenance

Recently we have been seeing some very squirrely things happening with our vault data... trying to move something and it wont move (as an admin of the environment), names of folders different from what they were the last time we opened it, and items not refreshing properly... I believe that something happened with the database after we had a string of dirty shutdowns on the database server thanks to a backup not playing nicely with the snapshots...
Is there any utility that can help check for inconsistencies in the data? I have considered exporting everything and recreating the database from scratch; however, I'm afraid of losing any of the stuff in the database...

Thoughts?
Thanks

I could be an issue with the local cache. Try CTRL+refresh (top refresh icon), this will clear and re-initialize the local cache. Has that resolved the issues?

Tried something like that... additionally that got me thinking, I turned off caching for now on my side and I am still seeing weird stuff... for example there is a primary section that is called Credentials, if I change a group name from "Physical Security" to "Somewhat Physical Security" it changes it in the main section called "Data Entries" / "Physical Security" to "Somewhat Physical Security".

The folder rename is actually "by-design". The Credentials (sub-section) is only a virtual split of the data therefore the folder only exists once but is displayed twice (sessions & credentials). There is a system option for displaying credentials along side sessions (File -> Options -> see image). In this mode the folder would only be displayed once.
