So far most the stuff I have requested has been pretty small, but this one may be a little bigger. It would be very beneficial for us if we had the capability to, at the end of the day, automatically generate connection log reports for each technician so they may cross reference it with the phone calls and ticketing system. I am sure we could do this from the SQL server, but it would be a nice feature to have built in the product.

We have another project for 2012 and we hope to be able to include this type of feature into it. This project will be more related to all the customer relationship management. I have taken note of your request.
