Forum / Remote Desktop Manager - Feature Request

Configurable UI

  • Create an Issue

The germ of this idea was that it's awkward for me to copy passwords to the clipboard. (Right-click, scroll way down, find and select "Clipboard", and, finally, select "Password".) I thought it would be useful for me for there to be a button or keyboard shortcut to access that feature.

Then I realized that everyone has different use scenarios for RDM and what's useful for me might not be useful for someone else. In addition, requesting code changes for every little thing is not a good use of your time.

So, what I propose is the ability for users to modify the UI to their own liking. I'm not talking about modifying GUI elements, but a configurable toolbar and the ability to define our own keyboard shortcuts would be awesome.

I feel like someone must have requested this before, but I couldn't immediately find it. If so, sorry for the duplicate.

Hi,
I see what you mean, but I will have to think about this. I don't have any toolbar, maybe I could add / hide some actions in the dashboard?
