Non-default session keyboard shortcuts

Right now, if a session is defined as "External", Ctrl-Enter opens it as a tabbed session. However, if it's defined as "Tabbed", Ctrl-Enter opens it as an external session.

I think it would make more sense if the keyboard shortcuts were universal, so that while Enter always opens the default session type, however it's defined, there would be a keyboard shortcut that always opens the session as "Tabbed", another that would always open it as "External", etc., and not have to rely on knowing what the default type is in order to do what you want.

this is interesting, but it could be a breaking change. I will think about it. I might need to introduce a new shortcut.

I suppose you could assign new shortcuts for the immutable shortcuts. I don't really care so much what the shortcut is, just that it exists.
