PVM iOS app is not saving AD login information

Latest app version and we are using SQL Server for our database and Integrated Security for authentication. The app itself works properly after entering in your AD user name and password. But it will not save the login information once you close the app. You must go back into More > Data sources > "DB Name" > then edit and fill in the user name and password. Save and refresh the app. I have opened a case but they asked me to post here in case someone else is or has had the same issue. This has been affecting us for at least 6 months but we just keep working around the issue. Support suggested we use the Remote Desktop Manager app as a work around but it does the exact same thing. Hopefully someone has an answer.

SQL DB not showing cached offline DB

I have noticed this problem recently. When using the PVM iPhone app version 1.2, and when we go into offline mode, it will not load the local DB cache at all. It will just show an image stating "Not Connected!" I believe this worked before but can't say for certain. Here are details and settings: Our DB settings are set to allow offline mode for 30 days. Offline mode works on our mobile laptops. I have tried it with and without Auto go offline Caching Mode is set to Intelligent Offline mode is set to read only We are using the thumb authentication when opening the app Tried analyzing and repairing the data source cache on the iPhone app Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is slowing us down greatly in the field. Thanks.
