Hello,

Could someone please assist me with the installation of the SecureCRT addo?. I have downloaded the addon, extracted it to the installation folder (c:\Program Files\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager), restarted the application but do not see any options for Secure CRT. Has anyone ran into this similar problem? If so, is there something I am doing wrong? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You

Hi,
Can you you verify that the AddOn is installed, if it's loaded it will appear in the about box. The Secure CRT session will listed in the remote connection category when you create a new session. I just tested to be sure with the version 5.7.3.0 and it works fine for me.

Hi and thank you for the quick reply. I'm sure its something that I'm doing wrong, but I extracted the zip file into the installation directory. Rebooted RDM but it does not give me any options in the remote connections catagory. I'm using version 5.7.3.0 as well.

It's the problem, you must download the binaries, the source zip contains the source code and it must be compiled with Visual Studio.

Excellent, no problem. I will add a AddOn installer eventually. It's only a mater of time.

Not for now, this is a very basic implementation. I hope to have to time to extend it, maybe somebody else will do it. This is why I released the source code.

I was wondering if I could get some advice with Secure CRT. When I try and run a session, I get a error message from SecureCRT that says "Invalid command line option /T"

Hi,
I don't know what version of SecureCRT you use, but the /t is used for Newtab, try to uncheck this value in the properties. It's seems that it's not supported by your version.
