RDP Network Level Authentication in 5.7.1.0

Hi,
We just released a new stable version (5.7.1.0) and the fix is included:

This version will be included in the auto update in the next few week but it's already available.

At this moment I'm using 5.7.1.0 and this feature is not working for embeded session (no popup for credentials, just not connected).

you said that in the 5.6.3.3 it works with the some session ? I will verify on my side.

Yes, on the same session it is working with 5.6.3.3 and not with 5.7.1.0

I checked the code is exactly the same and fix is here, can you send me by email your session, maybe I will find a clue. You can export the .rdm file and change the server name before.

Can you verify in the application log if you see something. The log can be found in the menu help.

Hello,

Did try it - no luck. It works if I run the session as external, but not if embeded.
Log is still empty.

If it is important - I'm a non admin users. Tried running the app as local admin - no difference.

As I said, there is not difference (that I can see) between this version and the 5.6.3.3 except that one was compiled on 64 bits computer. I tried to recompiled on a 32 bits but it does not seems to be the problem.

What version of Remote Desktop do you use ? Do you have the latest 7.0 ?

I have the same situation. I tried adding me to local admins group, disabling UAC, but nothing helps. I'm able to connect to server with NLA with external session but not with embeded.
I'm starting to wonder if there is something wrong with my OS configuration. Can somebody confirm that embedded session with NLA is working for him on Windows 7 32 bit?

It's not you configuration, I got a confirmation from another user. I think that it might be related to the new RDP7. Can you download again (sorry about that) and set the debug level to 66 in the application option (advanced tab). With this option, the application will use the RDP 6 ActiveX, will see if it's help.

Still not working (time stamp of the exe in zip is 2.2.2010 18:10).
