I've run into this bug on (usually the most inconvenient) occasions, but have not been able to easily reproduce. I've since found a way to reproduce the issue 100% of the time. This has been reproduced on Win XP and Windows 7, both after a fresh Windows install, so I suspect anyone should be able to reproduce the issue using the steps provided below.
Issue: RDM application becomes unresponsive when attempting a multi-select using shift key Details: When launching multiple sessions, you are prompted with a pop-up asking you to confirm opening multiple sessions. If you select no, the next time you attempt a multi-select using the shift key, the multi-select never completes, RemoteDesktopManager.exe uses 100% of a CPU core, and the application becomes unresponsive. The application must be closed and any remote desktop sessions are disconnected. Workaround: Do not say no to the prompt. I've come upon the multi-select lockup numerous times, I can not say for certain if all of the times, I had previously said no to popup message. Versions affected: 6.6.0.0. I believe this has also affected versions 5.x and 6.x.
Below is a youtube video reproducing the bug from launch, please let me know if I can provide any more details.
