Won't Auto-Fill Username & Password
The application is unable to Auto-Fill the Username & Password if there is a user already logged into the server you are trying to connect to, or if the server is locked the same issue occurs

Could you provide us more details? What type of session type do you use (RDP, Web, VNC...)?

Hi David,
It's using RDP. If there is already a user logged into the session or the session is locked when i try connect with RDM it requires me to select the user and type the password.

Have you tried the embedded or external mode? The external mode use mstsc.exe directly. Does it do the same if you use it manually?
